First down into the barrel cellar, in front of the world's largest wine barrel. Then upstairs to a menu that echoes the wines you tasted.

A seven-course menu at a medieval table in the historic bakehouse — with music and a master of ceremonies.

Five selected tarte flambée varieties, fresh from the historic stone oven — until nobody can manage another.

A generous barbecue buffet on the sun terrace in the courtyard — under old trees, facing the Renaissance façades.
