ECHT SCHARFF – knives & delicacies
ECHT SCHARFF brings together Martin Scharff’s cooking experience and Solingen craftsmanship. The previous range includes the ‘Diamond’ and ‘Silver’ LadysKnife kitchen knives with olive wood handles, steak knives and ‘Urkräuter’ and ‘Honig-Mohn’ mustards. Both LadysKnife models have a 14 cm Swedish Sandvik steel blade; ‘Diamond’ adds a DLC coating.
