Awarded a Michelin star consistently for over 30 years, Dinkelsbühl-born Martin Scharff once received it as the youngest chef of his generation. He is a founding member of Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe Germany and a member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and the German football chefs' national team.
