1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations, ticket purchases, vouchers and event bookings of Heidelberger Schloss Restaurants & Events GmbH & Co. KG.

2. Conclusion of contract

A binding contract is concluded with the booking of tickets or events or the purchase of vouchers. Tickets are issued via our ticketing partner.

3. Prices & payment

All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is made via the payment methods offered during the booking process.

4. Cancellation & rebooking

The cancellation conditions specified during the booking process apply to event tickets. For individual group and event bookings, the respectively agreed conditions apply.

5. Vouchers

Vouchers are valid from the date of issue and cannot be paid out in cash. The statutory limitation periods apply.

6. Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions. For slightly negligent breaches of duty, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage — except for damage to life, body and health.

7. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
