Forged in Solingen, the LadysKnife ‘Diamond’ combines a Swedish Sandvik 12C27 steel blade with an olive wood handle. Its DLC (‘Diamond like Carbon’) coating gives the blade its characteristic dark surface. This kitchen knife is designed for slicing and rocking cuts.
