When the elite of European cuisine gathers in the Königssaal, an evening emerges that exists only once. Marking 40 years of Euro-Toques, Martin Scharff cooks a six-course gourmet menu together with a hand-picked selection of European culinary legends.
Sommelier Fabrice Mopin accompanies the evening with fine wines and champagnes from France and the Palatinate, matched precisely to each course. The Freddy Wonder Combo provides a musical journey through time — all proceeds go to childhood cancer research.
