Silvester-Gala in der Schlossweinstube

Celebrate New Year’s Eve in the Schlossweinstube with a five-course gala menu by Martin Scharff and his team, a champagne aperitif, New Year champagne and all accompanying drinks, including selected wines.

The gala begins on 31 December 2026 at 6 pm.

Classic menu

Scallop carpaccio and crispy prawn with mandarin mustard, frisée and grilled avocado.

Imperial quail roulade with parsnip, Brussels sprout leaves and cranberry.

Grilled sea bass with octopus and cuttlefish risotto, pointed pepper and artichoke.

Dry-aged Black Angus fillet with a herb and shallot crust, wild mushrooms, layered potato cake, Jerusalem artichoke and truffle port jus.

Walnut and white chocolate brownie with ginger pear, passion fruit and bourbon vanilla and pepper ice cream.

Vegetarian menu

Beetroot carpaccio with baked goat’s cheese, mandarin mustard, frisée and black walnut.

Heritage carrot special with parsnip, Brussels sprout leaves and cranberry.

A selection of Hokkaido pumpkin with vegetarian black risotto, chestnut foam and crispy parsley.

Wild mushroom strudel with Jerusalem artichoke, wild broccoli and truffle port jus.

Walnut and dark chocolate brownie with ginger pear, passion fruit and bourbon vanilla and pepper ice cream.
